Superpowers Salad with Seaweed.

A vibrant and highly nutritious salad with an array of colours, flavours and textures that is highly versatile. Serve as a main dish as it is, or as a side dish. Substitute the broad beans with chickpeas and add some humus on top. Or some tofu or organic chicken and a small handful of cashew nuts. The possibilities are infinite.

The dressing with dulse is so delicious and can be stored in a mason jar in the fridge. Use to top roast vegetables or risotto. Substitute the dulse for your favourite sea vegetable of choice.

Seaweed contains a unique combination of all 56 vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and trace elements essential for human health, absorbed directly from sunlight and the ocean: a truly naturally restorative superfood. The harmonious balance of elements in seaweed makes it more nutritionally potent than any land vegetable. The nutrients function synergistically and being present in their natural form, are readily absorbed and processed by the body.

Perfect for anyone choosing to nourish their superpowers!!
